Complete your profile (demographics) and application. Once your application is approved, your Home Page will state Click here to schedule your examination.

  • Select PR (skills evaluation) first. Select the test site, and a calendar appear with available test dates highlighted. 
  • Select the date and repeat the process for the AW (Written) or AO (Oral English). 
  • Proceed to checkout and select your form of payment. When completed, you will receive a Confirmation Notice and Receipt of Payment via email.

In-Facility Testing (INF) is when arrangements have been made with Credentia to test at the state-approved training program location on a specific date. Please make certain you know your INF code and test date when you are completing your registration.

Accommodations

Credentia complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide reasonable accommodations to anyone with a documented disability who might need a little help in accessing the test. 

Test accommodations may include things like: 

  • A separate testing room.
  • Extra testing time.
  • A Reader or Recorder, for individuals with mobility, hearing, or vision difficulties who cannot read or write on their own. 

Test accommodations are individualized and considered on a case-by-case basis. All candidates who request accommodations because of disability must provide appropriate documentation of their condition and how it is expected to affect their ability to take the test under standard conditions.

This may include: 

  • Supporting documentation from the professional who diagnosed the condition, including the credentials that qualify the professional to make this diagnosis.
  • A description of past accommodations that you have received.
