Georgia - National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP)

Complete your profile (demographics) and application. Once your application is approved, your Home Page will state Click here to schedule your examination.

  • Select PR (skills evaluation) first. Select the test center and a calendar appears with available test dates highlighted. 
  • Select the date and repeat the process for the AW (Written) or AO (Oral English).
  • Proceed to checkout and select your form of payment. When completed, you will receive a Confirmation Notice and Receipt of Payment via email. 

Testing Locations

In-Facility Testing (INF) – In-facility testing is when your state-approved Training Program Nurse Aide instructor has planned with Credentia to test at your training program on a specific date.

Regional Test Centers (RTS) - Locations available for delivering the NNAAP® written and skills exams are open to the public. Visit our web center, https://credentia.com/test-takers/ga. Check Active Regional Testing Centers to view available centers.

Accommodations

Credentia complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide reasonable accommodations to anyone with a documented disability who might need a little help in accessing the test. 

Test accommodations may include things like: 

  • A separate testing room.
  • Extra testing time.
  • A Reader or Recorder, for individuals with mobility, hearing, or vision difficulties who cannot read or write on their own. 

Test accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are requesting accommodations because of a disability, you must submit the proof of your condition. 

This may include: 

  • Supporting documents from the professional who diagnosed the condition.
  • A description of past accommodations that you have received.
