Nevada - National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP)

Candidates are responsible for applying with the Nevada State Board of Nursing for certification. Completing your exam through Credentia is only one step of the application process. Complete initial and renewal application requirements (including fingerprinting requirements) can be found on the Board’s website at http://www.nevadanursingboard.org/ under the Forms tab. All applications must be submitted to the Board through the Nevada Nurse Portal. All applications, supporting documents and exam results may take up to a week to be processed once received by the Board. Please allow at least one week before contacting the Board regarding the status of your application or documents after submission.

NOTE: Fingerprint results may take up to two-four (2 – 4) months to be received; therefore, you are strongly encouraged to fingerprint immediately.
