Create an online account with Credentia’s CNA365 system. The Credentia CNA365 system makes online registration quick and easy, and much faster than mailing a paper application.
Account Creation
To create a CNA365 account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to http://www.credentia.com/test-takers/dc.
- Click CNA365 Login.
- Click Sign-Up to create new account.
- Enter the required details.
- Select the check box corresponding to By clicking Sign Up, you agree to our Terms and Data Policy.
- Click Sign Up to create a new account.
Registration Process
- Once your profile account is created, you can create an "application to test." Select your eligibility route, complete the form uploading all required documents, and submit for approval.
- Once you are approved to test you can schedule your exam and pay for the exam by credit card or pre-paid credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or electronic voucher). Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once you’ve paid.
- For exams at test center locations, make an online reservation using a laptop or computer. Using your phone or a tablet is not recommended. You need to make your reservation at least ten (10) calendar days before the test date.
- For Written or Oral Online exams, you can schedule an exam as early as one (1) day following registration, depending on exam availability.
- Complete your online application in CNA365 also you can ask someone from your nurse aide training program or facility employer for help in completing the application.
