Cancelling or Rescheduling your exam

Colorado - National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP)

You can easily cancel or reschedule an exam online using your CNA365 account.

Written Exam:

Cancel or reschedule your Online Written (or Oral) examination at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled test time.

Skill Exam:

Reschedule or cancel in your CNA365 account at least ten (10) business days before the test date (Saturday and Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days).

Note:

If you do not reschedule or cancel at least ten (10) business days before your test date, your fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a new test date, and you may not give your test date to another person.
If you do reschedule/cancel in time, there is no penalty, and your fee may be transferred to your new test date. If your employer paid your test fee, inform them about missing the test or rescheduling. Let them know how you have handled rescheduling and when you plan to take the test again.
If you do not report to the testing location or to the online exam on the day or time of your scheduled test, you will be considered a “no-show” and you will not get your testing fee back. If you no show for two examinations your application to test will be removed and you will need to re-apply.

Rescheduling

You can now use your CNA365 account to reschedule your exam.

Note: You should contact Credentia at least ten (10) business days before your skills exam.

Absence Policy

Candidates who are late or absent for an exam may submit an excused absence via CNA365 within 14 calendar days of the exam date for the following reasons:

Illness of yourself or a member of your household
Death in the family
Traffic accident or ticket
Court appearance or jury duty
Military duty

Your request must include documentation or verification for the cause of the absence.

For example,

If you are absent because of jury duty, you must upload a copy of the court notice.

In the case of illness, verification from a medical provider must be included in your request.

Note: Credentia takes approximately 3-5 business days to review. The decision of Credentia to approve or deny the excused absence will be final.

Refunds

Once payment of exam fees is received, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Weather Emergencies

A test center or online examination will be delayed or cancelled only in emergencies. If severe weather or a natural disaster makes the test site inaccessible or unsafe, the examination will be delayed or cancelled. In the event of an examination change due to a weather emergency, candidates will be contacted with the information on file by phone and email of cancellation.
